1. Services Offered
Lavado Xpress provides automated drive-through car wash services, including exterior washing, tire cleaning, and drying.
Service quality may vary based on vehicle condition, weather, or environmental factors.
2. Hours of Operation
Hours of operation are posted on-site and online.
Lavado Xpress reserves the right to temporarily close due to weather, maintenance, or equipment issues without notice.
3. Payments & Memberships
All single washes and memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved mobile payments.
Membership Terms:
- Memberships are vehicle-specific and non-transferable.
- Monthly memberships renew automatically every month on the original purchase date.
- To cancel, please notify Lavado Xpress at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
4. Vehicle Requirements & Liability
By using our wash tunnel, you confirm that your vehicle meets all posted safety requirements.
Lavado Xpress is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing dents, scratches, cracked paint, or rust
- Loose parts, antennas, mirrors, or accessories
- Open windows, sunroofs, or truck beds
- Non-factory modifications (aftermarket spoilers, bike racks, light bars, etc.)
- Failure to follow on-site safety instructions
If you believe damage occurred during your wash, please notify a manager before leaving the property.
5. Equipment Malfunctions & Closures
In the event of temporary closure or malfunction, Lavado Xpress will make reasonable efforts to resume service promptly.
No compensation or refund will be issued for downtime, but active memberships will remain valid during closures.
6. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your wash, please contact management immediately before exiting the premises.
Rewashes may be offered at no additional charge at management’s discretion.
Refunds are generally not provided once the vehicle leaves the property.
7. Safety Rules
For your safety and the protection of our equipment:
- Remain inside your vehicle at all times while in the wash tunnel.
- Keep your vehicle in neutral, hands off the wheel, and foot off the brake during the wash.
- Follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
Failure to comply may result in damage or denial of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lavado Xpress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities.
Use of the car wash is at your own risk.
9. Changes to Terms
Lavado Xpress may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
